Week 772 – December 14th, 2025

It lastet for only one week that Paula Engels took over with her song “Mittelfinger an die Welt” (#2, “Middle finger to the world”). This week she was supersede by Taylor Swift with her song “The fate of Ophelia” (#1). I’m not sure if she will be topping the chart next week, but for the moment this one is my favourite song of the week. Still at the podium at #3 is “Unsterblich sein” (“Be immortal”) by Kraftklub feat. Domiziana. The rest of the Top 5 is holding their spot. These are “Eyes closed” (#4) by Jisoo & Zayn and “I’m not there for you” (#5) by Jessie Murph.

Up two spots is “Kippenlänge” (#6, “Cigarette's length”) by Esther Graf. Next in line are Alessia Cara and Julia Michaels with their song “Nighttime thing” (#7). This song climbed up eight spot to reach a spot in the Top 10. Also up eight spot is “Breakfast over breakup” (#8) by Avery Anna. It is her 1st Top 10 hit on my chart. Holding its spot is “Calling it love” (#9) by Elle Coves. Rounding out the Top 10 is former #1 “Blowing smoke” (#6) by Gracie Abrams.

The greatest gainer of the week is an album cut from Annalisa’s album “E poi siamo finite nel vortice” (“And then we ended up in the vortex”). Her song “Gommapiuma” (“Foam rubber”) sprinted 20 spots up to land at #46 in its 5th charting week. This week’s highest debut landed just outside the Top 70. It is the single “Ich hab’s gut, ich hab dich“ (#71, „I’m doing well, I have you) by German singer Gregor Hägele. Other debuts are “Luna” (#72, “Moon”), “Senza di te” (#73, “Without you”) all by Luca Vasta, “Claire de lune” (#83, “Moonlight”) by Zoë Më, “Talk to you” (#84) by Sam Fender feat. Elton John and “Destiny” (#85) by Alesso & Sacha.
