Week 752– July 26th, 2025

Anouk is still topping the chart with “Set this thing on fire” (#1) which is also the title track of her new album. After two mediocre albums I really love this one and I believe that she will have some more Top 10 hits out of it. Holding the runner’s up spot is Luna Antonia with “Kurt Cobain” (#2). Up one spot and into the Top 3 is “Wenn das Liebe ist” (#3) by Nina Chuba. Also climbing up one spot is “Wenn’s am schönsten ist” (#4, “When it’s at its best”) by Esther Graf. Former #1 and long running Top 10 hit “Unsicher” (#5, “Insecure”) by Nina Chuba dropped two spots.

“Wilde Nächte” (#6, “Wild nights”) by Sarah Connor is still trying to reach the Top 5 but failed for now. Directly behind is former #1 “Where the mind goes” (#7) by Anouk. Next in line is the only new song in this part of the chart. Leslie Clio did the last step after climbing up three spots with her recent single “Love has got me dancing” (#8). Morgan Wade dropped one spot with “East coast” (#9). Rounding out this week’s Top 10 is FLØRE with her song “Die a million times” (#9).

The award for the greatest gainer of the week goes to last week’s debut song “Storie brevi” (#54, “Short stories”) by Annalisa & Tananai after climbing up 20 spots. This song is nearly 15 spots behind this week’s highest debut. This song is by German singer siovo who constantly failed to enter my chart until this week with “Ich mag dich/tut mir leid” (#41, “I like you/I’m sorry”). It’s a good song and I’m looking forward to its chart career.
