Week 774 – December 27th, 2025

Taylor Swift is stuck at the top spot of my chart. “The fate of Ophelia” (#1) scores a third week at the top. This I have definitely not seen coming. Also holding its spot at the runner’s up position is “Mittelfinger an die Welt” (#2, “Middle finger to the world”) by Paula Engels. Jessie Murph got her 1st trip into the Top 3 with “I’m not there for you” (#3). This is surely surprising as I don’t like her older stuff. This also means that “Eyes closed” (#4) by Jisoo & Zayn dropped out of this part. Also down one spot is “Unsterblich sein” (#4, “Be immortal”) by Kraftklub feat. Domiziana. For them it seams that the will leave the Top 5 soon.

Not far behind is Austrian Esther Graf with her album cut “Wieso” (#6, Why”). Directly behind is the only new song in the Top 10. It is “Gommapiuma” (#7, “Foam rubber”) by Annalisa. Alessia Cara and Julia Michaels are down two spots with their song “Nighttime thing” (#8). “Blowing smoke” (#9) by Gracie Abrams is holding the spot and is still in the Top 10. For “XXL” (#10) by LANY it could be the last week in the Top 10 as the rounding out this part in this week’s edition.

The award for the greatest gainer of the week goes to Gracie Abrams. Her songs “I knew it, I know you” (#56) and “Tough love” (#57) climbed up 20 spots each. It’s easy to say that these songs will end in the Top 20 at least. The highest debut is by Esther Graf. Her song “Darüber schlafen” (“Sleep on it”) is in on #41. As most of her songs are doing well for me this song should do well too. The 2nd highest debut landed in the Top 50 too. It is “Jedes Jahr” (#46, “Every year”) by Clueso feat. Chapo102. It’s a decent song and hopefully it will rise in the next weeks.

Other debuts are “Kennst du das (2025)“ (#58, “Do you know that”) by LEA, “The DJ” (#59), “Pick you poison” (#60) all by Knox, “Believe it” (#72) by Jared Benjamin, “Stayin’ alive” (#80) by Royal Republic, “Still don’t care” (#82) by Meghan Trainor, “Remind me” (#88) by CeCe and “Fleeting” (#89) by Sarah Kinsley.
