Week 799 – June 27th, 2026

After topping the chart for three weeks South Korean singer Jung Soyeon had to leave with her song “Moonlight” (#2). For the moment I haven’t the feeling that this will last long. It could be a rare song which could climb back to the top, but only the future will tell. Up one spot is Austrian Esther Graf with her song “Dafür war es echt” (#1, “At least it was real”). Now she grabbed her 3rd #1. Holding its spot in the Top 5 are former #1 “ごめんね“ (#3, “I’m sorry”) by Ayane and “Dance alone” (#4) by Zior Park. Recently sprinting up the chart is “Stay a little longer” (#5) by ROSÉ. Two weeks ago this song had been at the bottom of my Top 20 and now it is attack the top spots.

For “Stay a little longer” Knox had to leave with “Now & then” (#6). His other Top 10 hit “She’s not okay” (#7) also dropped one spot. Behind this double pack there are two new songs in my Top 10. The higher ranked one is by Elle Coves. Her song “Hit me where it hurts” (#8) climbed up eight spots and made this song her first Top 10 hit. The other new one is “Vicky Lynn” (#9) by my favourite artist Anouk. Down three spots and rounding out this week’s Top 10 is “I DON’T CARE” (#10) by Baby DONT Cry.

So, let’s have a look at this week’s greatest gainer. It is German singer Tiffany Aris who climbed up 13 spots with her smash “Breathe” (#31). As last week the top debut landed nowhere near the Top 50. This week it is the recent single by Austrian singer Mathea. Her song “Einfach nichts” (“Nothing at all”) is in at #71.
