Although there are some songs which I think are ready for the top spot "Sandbox love" (#1) by Alanis Morissette is still leading. Directly behind you can find once more "Tu was du willst" (#2, "Do what you want") by Madeline Juno.
For me it is a riddle why her songs can't be found in the charts in
Germany, Switzerland or even my home country Austria. Only in 2013/14
she had two charting hits and since that she hasn't entered the charts.
On my chart on the other hand she is doing very well in the last two
years and maybe "Tu was du willst" is doing the one last step. Not far
behind the #1 is "Schwarz" (#3) by LEA & Casper. Up two spots and into the Top 5 is "Bad habits" (#4) by Ed Sheeran. Next in line is former #1 "Good 4 U" (#5) by Olivia Rodrigo.
Maisie Peters
is on her way into to the Top 5 for a 2nd time in her career. "Psycho"
(#6) climbed up two spots and should replace "Good 4 U" by next week. In
the moment "Psycho" is caught between two former #1's. Beside "Good 4
U" it is "Mr. perfectly fine" (#7) by Taylor Swift which I'm currently listen to while I'm writing this review. Then there is the highest ranked song by Sarah Connor
ever. Her song "Alles in mir will zu dir" (#8, "Everything in me wants
to you") climbed up two spots. For the first time in their careers in my
Top 10 are German DJ Ninja POW! and German singer Franzi Harmsen.
Their cover "Du trägst keine Liebe in Dir" (#9, "You carry no love in
you") climbed up 10 spots to bring them into the Top 10. I really
appreciate the cover version more than the original by Echt in the 1990's. This week's Top 10 is rounded out by Katy Perry's "Electric" (#10).
The highest debut is by Country/American singer Morgan Wade.
Her single "Wilder days" (#51) got its debut. The 2nd best debut is
also by her which is "Take me away" (#52). Both songs are no real
surprise as I bought her debut album earlier this year. Not far behind
you can find the greatest gainer of the week. This week it is
"Zweieinhalb Sekunden" (#61, "Two and a half seconds") by Franzi Harmsen.
With "Schönster Fehler" (#49) she actually has three charting songs
with one more song on the waiting list which will presumably debut next
week.
Other debuts are "If I didn't love you" (#84) by Jason Aldean & Carrie Underwood, "Take my breath" (#87) by The Weeknd, "Wenn du in meinem Arm bist" (#89, "When you are in my arm") by SDP, "Toa la noche" (#90, "All night") by CNCO, "Some kind of love" (#91) by Azure Ryder, "Girl in it" (#94) by Ray Fulcher and "Oh!" (#100) by The Linda Lindas.
