Week 552– September 25th, 2021

Another week has gone by and as so often this year I hadn't plenty of time to discover new music. So as two weeks ago only album cuts are going to debut with this week's edition. After pointing this out let's dive into this week's Top 10. Still topping the chart is "Du trägst keine Liebe in dir" (#1, "You carry no love in you") by Ninja POW! & Franzi Harmsen. Franzi Harmsen scored also a 2nd Top 10 hit, but more of it later. Holding their spots is the rest of the Top 3. So "Schwarz" (#2, "Black") by LEA & Casper and "Tu was du willst" (#3, "Do what you want") by Madeline Juno. Up two spots is Taylor Swift. Her song or should I better say Big Red Machine's song "Renegade" (#4) climbed up two spots. Down one spot is "Sandbox love" (#5) by Alanis Morissette.

Climbing up four spots is Americana/Country by Morgan Wade. Her song "Wilder days" (#6) is actually her best song and I wouldn't be surprised if this song is reaching the Top 5 by next week. Leaving the Top 5 is "Alles in mir will zu Dir" (#7, "Everything in me wants to you") by Sarah Connor. The next two songs in a row are new and from Germany. The higher ranked one is Franzi Harmsen's single "Zweieinhalb Sekunden" (#8, "Two and a half seconds") which climbed up four spots. The other one another singler from LEA. Her song "Wenn du mich lässt" (#9, "If you let me") climbed up 7 spots. "Psycho" (#10) by Maisie Peters is rounding out this week's Top 10.

The greatest gainer of the week is the PNAU remix of "Cold heart" (#41) by Elton John & Dua Lipa This song did a 16 spot climb. The only new songs are by Emma and Alanis Morissette. All these songs are the last songs from these albums to get a debut. These songs are "Corri" (#74, "Run"), "Basti solo tu" (#86, "Just you are enough") and "A mano disarmata" (#87, "Unarmed hand") by Emmaand "Nemesis" (#82) and "Pedestal" (#83) by Alanis Morissette.
