Last
week I hadn't been sure about the fact to promote "Zweieinhalb
Sekunden" (#1, "Two and a half seconds") to the top. This week Franzi Harmsen's
song did this one last step. Also into the Top 3 is her newest one "Nie
mehr" (#3, "No more"). Caught between these songs by her is "Wenn du
mich lässt" (#2, "If you let me") by LEA. Dropping three spots and falling out of the Top 3 is last week's #1 "Wilder days" (#4) by Morgan Wade. This I've definitely not seen coming, but hey that's just my taste for this week. New in the Top 5 is another song by LEA. Her song "Sylt 98" (#5) climbed up two spots.
While "Sylt 98" entered the Top 5 former #1 "Du trägst keine Liebe in dir" (#6, "You carry no love in you") by Ninja POW! & Franzi Harmsen dropped out of this part. Directly behind you can find a double pack by LEA. "Kaputt" (#7, "Broken") climbed up two spots while "Schwarz" (#8, "Black") with Casper dropped two spots. Also up one spot is "Stark" (#9, "Strong") by Sarah Connor. New in this part of the chart is last week's highest debut. "Easy on me" (#10) by Adele climbed up eight spots.
Things
are "normal" this week. There is no sign that a song entered the Top 20
and so I can go to greatest gainer of the week. For this week there are
two songs awarded. The higher ranked one is "Piece of me" (#70) by Gryffin & LOVA. The other one is "Good ones" (#71) by Charli XCX. So this brings me as always to the highest debut. This week Ed Sheeran
returns with his latest one. "Shivers" (#41) has been released a couple
of weeks ago, but unfortunately I'm still behind some major debuts and
high debut and immediate debut by Adele is for the moment an exception. I hope that the things will be normal by the end of the year.
The 2nd highest debut is by Kylie Minogue. For "A second to midnight" (#57) she teamed up with Years & Years.
I like this song and I hope this one will do well as some of her songs
in the past. One spot behind you can find the debut of "G'fühl" (#58,
"Feeling") by Austrian Melissa Naschenweng. She presented this
single at the Austrian Amadeus Music Awards. This song isn't the usual
kind of song she is releasing, but I've the feeling that this you could
be her signature song for me. And last but not least there is another
song debuting in this range. It is "Nur kurz glücklich" (#59, "Only
happy for a moment"). This duet with Max Giesinger is nothing I expected after her recent singles, but on the other had this one is good. You can expect a big climb by next week.
