Week 644 – July 1st, 2023

It only took her one week to take over since predicted . Now Kelly Clarkson can be found back at the top with “Favorite kind of high” (#1). This is her first #1 since “Love so soft” topped the chart in November 2017. In total “Favorite kind of high” is her 8th chart topping hit. Once again up one spot is former #1 “Temporary” (#2) by Alexa Cappelli. This means that Pale Waves went down this week. Last week’s #1 by them “Without you” (#3) dropped two spots but still can be found at the podium. Directly behind you can find “Psychopath” (#4) by Morgan Wade who is caught between Pale Waves. Their other Top 5 song dropped three spots and so “Only problem” can be found at #5.

Dropping out of the Top 5 is “Renn zurück” (#6, “Run back”) by Esther Graf & Fourty. This is a little bit surprising because this song is only charting for eight weeks. Next in line is “So good (at what you do)” (#7) by m els which is the only song in the Top 10 holding its spot. Up one spot and directly behind are “Talk to me” (#8) by Mina Okabe and “Dive” (#9) by Olivia Dean. On its way out of this part of the chart is “Velvet heartbreak” (#10) by Carrie Underwood.

This week’s greatest gainer of the week climbed up seven spots which is the least amount I can remember. The song awarded is “Love at first sight” (#33) by LANY. P!NK’s latest single “When I get there” (#65) finally got its debut and is the highest one in this week’s edition. The 2nd best is an album cut from Taylor Swift’s album “Red (Taylor Swift)”. “The very fist night” debuted at #68. Other debuts are “Bebe” (#74) also by Taylor Swift, “Heartbreak in the making” (#80) by Dagny, “Petty in the 80s” (#98) by Karley Scott Collins and “Cupido” (#100, “Cupid”) by TINI.
