Week 657 – September 30th, 2023

Clueso did it again. His hit song “Du und L.A“ (#1, “You and L.A.”) scored a 4th at the top of the chart. Directly behind is “Sofia” (#2) by fiio. I didn’t saw this coming that fiio who never charted bevor is a candidate for the top spot. Dropping one spot is former #1 “Alles und mehr” (#3, “Everything and more”) by Tagtraeumer. Other than Kate Voegele’s comeback their song really is working for me. Next in line is “Superbloodmoon” (#4). For both Holly Humberstone and d4vd it is the biggest hit up to date. Still in the Top 5 is “Lovesong” (#5) by Madeline Juno.

“Summer fling” (#6) reached the Top 3 last week but had to drop two spots in this week’s edition. Maybe Chloe Jane’s newest single “They don’t like you” will also reach my chart. Up two spots is the duet “We’re not in love anymore” (#7) by Knox feat. Charlotte Sands. On its way out of the Top 10 is “I can see you” (#4) by Taylor Swift after dropping down four spots. Her former #1 “The very first night” (#9) should also leave this part very soon. New in the Top 10 is “The apology I’ll never receive” (#10) by RØRY after climbing up one spot.

While Taylor Swift will lose her Top 10 hits there is a chance to see another song from “Evermore” in this part of the chart. Her song “Long story short” (#38) climbed up 16 spots and is awarded with the greatest gainer of the week. This is definitely the highlight of the week because the highest debut can only be found outside the Top 80. Lennon Stella did best with her cover of Cyndi Lauper’ smash “Time after time” and entered at #82. Other debuts are “What it feels like” (#83) by Toby Romeo & YouNotUs, “One more time” (#85), “More than you know” (#86) all by blink-182, “Leave me again” (#88), “Penthouse” (#89), “Just married” (#90) all by Kelsea Ballerini, “Giving up on that” (#94) by Dalton Dover, “We’ve got places” (#95) by Your Future Ghost and “Learning to fly” (#96) by Christina Aguilera.
