Kelsea Ballerini – Better luck next time

Points: 731.5
Peak: #9
Weeks: 18
Album: -
Airplay: #39

Kelsea Ballerini is a big name in the country scene since her debut back in 2014 with "Love me like you mean it". On my chart she hadn't such big success, but with the non-album single "Better luck next time" – in my opinion this one is more pop than country – she reached her 1st Top 10 hit.

Cold War Kids – Waiting for your love

Points: 735.2
Peak: #17
Weeks: 15
Album: New Age Norms 1
Airplay: #121

The Cold War Kids have several #1's in their pocket. "Waiting for your love" is from "New Age Norms 1" has done pretty good. Unfortunately this song peaked outside the Top 10. Although the spot is a little bit disappointing I really like this song.

Alex Sampson – All that we could have been

Points: 741.4
Peak: #32
Weeks: 22
Album: -
Airplay: #143

Alex Sampson came out of nowhere and peaked with his single "All that we could have been" in a part of the chart where a year-end spot in the Top 100 is far, far away. But due to the long activity this song reached #98 on this list.

97 #83

Annalisa – Tsunami

Points: 758.3
Peak: #1
Weeks: 11 (still charting)
Album: Nuda
Airplay: #181

Annalisa reached #1 for a 2nd time since 2018 with "Tsunami". This song climbed to the spot in the last counting week for this review. So this song isn't her highest ranked one, but possibly my favourite from her in this ranking. Next year this song should do better with a spot in the Top 20 or so.

María Parrado – Corazón inquieto

Points: 772.4
Peak: #16
Weeks: 20
Album: Alas
Airplay: #82

For the first time in this list Spanish singer María Parrado can be found. In at #96 is "Corazón inquieto" ("Restless heart"). This song hasn't been released as a regular single, but as I like this album this song reached a Top 20 peak.

95 #74

Annalisa feat. Rkomi – Vento sulla luna

Points: 778.8
Peak: #11
Weeks: 17
Album: Nuda
Airplay: #59

And her she is again. Annalisa returns with another single from her 2020 album "Nuda" ("Naked"). On "Vento sulla luna" ("Wind on the moon") Italian rapper Rkomi had his first chart appearance. This song just failed to enter the Top 10, but this song will always be in my heart.

Hailee Steinfeld – Wrong direction

Points: 779.7
Peak: #11
Weeks: 15
Album: Half written story
Airplay: #88

US actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld has every now and then a minor hit on my chart. "Wrong direction" is definitely her biggest charting hit. As "Vento sulla luna" this song just missed to peak within the Top 10. Maybe she is going to reach this part of the chart in the future.

badmómzjay – Signal

Points: 796.1
Peak: #18
Weeks: 16
Album: 18
Airplay: #96

Josy Napieray reached the year-end Top 100 for the first time in her career. She launched her career with 24/7 back in 2019, but most of the time she is known for her rapping in a very American kind of way. This song is more a German pop song rather than a rap song and so "Signal" found its way into my playlist. Definitely a good song and for me (but I know that I'm not the majority) she could go more into this direction.
92 #2

Miss Li – Complicated

Points: 796.7
Peak: #11
Weeks: 15
Album: -
Airplay: #99

Back in the earlier 2010's she had some minor hits for me. At the moment Miss Li is releasing her singles in a Swedish and in an English version. In Sweden "Komplicare" ("Complicated") reached #2 in June and stayed 42 weeks. I charted the English version and this song is now her best charting with a peak near the Top 10.

Olivia Lunny – Think of me

Points: 761.4
Peak: #15
Weeks: 15
Album: -
Airplay: #95

Canadian singer reached the chart for the first time with "Think of me". It is always nice to find some new artists, but on the other hand most of the time these artists are only known for one song. Her I hope that she will reach the chart for at least one more time in the future.
